Returns Policy

Standard Returns Policy

We offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item returned to us within 14 days, or alternatively you may wish to exchange any item. Returned items must be received by ourselves before we can action requests. Unfortunately if the 14 days has elapsed we will not be able to comply with the above. Goods must be returned in an as new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights). Goods returned under complaint must, without exception, be clean (Health and Safety at work act 1972).

When returning goods, we do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office in order that you can claim for loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Items returned for exchange must be accompanied with a return postage fee as stated on the order form. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.

Extended Christmas Returns Period

We've found that many of our customers like to order Christmas presents early, so to help you shop with greater confidence we have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. Any purchase made in-store, online or over the phone from the 1st of December up to the 24th December 2009 can be returned, hassle free, at any time up until the 10th of January 2010 (please see standard returns policy for full conditions). Orders placed after December 24th will be subject to our standard 14 day returns policy.
